Tr\u00e6ningen veksler mellem styrketr\u00e6ning i maskinerne og frit st\u00e5ende \u00f8velse, og der veksles ogs\u00e5 mellem styrketr\u00e6ning og pulstr\u00e6ning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Medbring vand og gerne et h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6de.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 dette hold er tilmelding n\u00f8dvendigt, da der max er plads til 15 deltagere.
